VIA DDR boards; Any time soon?

Well, I had to RMA my epox 8kta3, the bios, or something puked on it. Kept getting "BIOS ROM checksum error". So back it went.

I think DDR might be the way to go, but the AMD chipset looks kind of weak. So I guess the wait for VIA is the option of choice.

Anybody have a clue as to when boards with the VIA DDR chip will be out?
