Via C3 650MHz - What boards will work?

I'd prefer an all in one board (onboard sound/vid/etc.) with SDRAM to make a budget box for a friend. I got this CPU for CHEAP and now I need a mobo that will run it, any ideas?!? I have no idea what boards will support this. Will the old BX boards run it?

I doubt any BX board would work. Look for a board that has a VIA chipset, as MOST intel chipsets(boards) do not support the chip

I thought any board with PIII support would run it but then I hear it needs tualitin(sp?) support. Doesn't seem right since I thought it was a PII based chip. I have NO idea what's needed..... Not many older mobo support pages are still up and if they arem they aren't updated.
