I want to transfer VHS tapes to DVD. What capture device should I get. I bought a PVR 150 from hauppauge for internal use but saw USB 2 capture devices also. What works better for this project. I will only have $49.99 in my PVR150 after rebate. Comp USA 69.99 on sale tomarrow and had 20.00 credit slip for a x-mas return with no receipt.

I have will have ulead movie maker 3 disk creator softwear to use.

My wife and I both use the KWorld DVD Xpert PCI capture card to get our VHS into the computer.

It's only $29 bucks and comes with the excellent DVD Authoring software Cyberlink Power Producer 2 Gold. Can't beat the price or the combo package, and the card does great captures.

If all you need is a good authoring program (if you already have a capture card), then I recomend Cyberlink Power Producer 3 which is an absolute steal for $10 bucks at this site.
