I found this review of the P4S Dragon Ultra. There's some interesting info on the front page about the USB 2.0 on this board. Here's a quote:

So, I wish it was on-board, but it's better than nothing.
 
Thanks for the update. I only wish these reviewers would use a Northwood to test overclocking ability. I mean, a 1.7G P4? Give me a break. Why even bother o/cing...that tells us absolutely nothing about the board's capability.
