VGA output to a HDTV?

If anyone has A VGA to Y-Pr-Pb trancoder could you send me a photo of it in action on your HDTV? I'm thinking of getting the Audio Authority 9A60. I don't want a screenshot but a real shot of you tv.

you know some high end models, Mitsubishi in particular, actually accept a real VGA signal through an actual VGA port. I know those transcoders can be expensive though, upwards of $150. Quite a bit to spend, IMHO.

Well will it work with Geforce class cards? and what the quility on that thing?

No idea. My guess is the quality is pretty good, but it's probably designed for certain ATi videocards only.

Weren't those ATI things mentioned in an AT review a few months ago? They seem very familiar.

i have seen hdtv monitor work very well with a vga input i haven't seen the 16:9 hdtv with vga though

No, the ATI dongle will not work with an nVidia card. The AA 09A60 that you're looking at for $110 shipped is probably your best option.

I'm using an RCA converter (~$120usd). Need to use Powerstrip for custome resolutions. Works very good.
