Vfd.vdx file?

Anyone know where I can find the file Vfd.vxd on the Win 95 CD?

Computer isn't booting into Win 95 normally, complains about:

While initalizing device VFBACKUP:
VFBACKUP could ot load VFD.VXD. Please run setup again

Yeah, I know google rocks (first choice before coming here), and linked me to MS data base, followed the RESOLUTION table by edit the msdos.sys, that didn't work and had a link to follow for extraction.

Can't find the extraction tool on the CD disk

Well, was able to extrac the file over and Win 95 still giving me the same error

Any other ideas before I reinstall it
