Very Upsetting... Can't Get ForceWare 180.43 Installed?!?!

I cannot get these drivers to install... period?!?!

I have tried...
1. Remove Old Drivers through Add/Remove Programs
2. Reboot in to Safe Mode
3. Run Driver Sweeper 1.5.5
4. Run CCleaner 2.13
5. Reboot in to Normal Mode
6. Extract drivers to archive folder
7. Replace stock .inf with one from LV2Go
8. Run Setup.exe as Administrator

I have also tried removing the PhysX.exe and PDSetup.exe files from the archive folder (saw this suggestion over at Guru3d). I even tried installing the driver in Safe Mode, and manually updating the driver in Device Manager. I have also tried taking the stock .inf and only adding the extra device ID strings. I have even tried to uninstall my 'standard VGA' drivers in Device Manager and rebooting. Nothing seems to work...?!?! This is killing me..........

Does anyone have any suggestions?

-Thanks

Edit: 8500GT SLI? Seriously? 😕

Check out Step #7... replacing the .inf file... it's what everyone has to do unless they have the newest cards.

Yes, 8500GT SLI, lol... I traded my buddy a laptop for this current desktop. It's what he had in there. They aren't THAT bad. It's the ASUS TOP editions. They have the massive cooler and factory overclocked GPU/SHADER/RAM (It's the GDDR3 version). I have used silver on the GPUs and Synced all the RAM chips and overclocked them to the wall. It's a decent low budget solution.

jaredpace, thats sucks... there has to be a solution for this... the 8500GT is listed in the modified .inf as being supported?! I am going to re-download the drivers from LV2Go (instead of Nvidia), just to see if something else has been changed...
