Very low +12v readings. Is this real?

CPUID Hardware Monitor is showing around 3.5v on the +12 rail. Can this be true? I've been having stability trouble with my computer lately and it won't hold any overclock all the sudden. The system was running at 3.8ghz for months, now all the sudden it won't boot at anything past stock.

Is there another utility I should try to get voltage readings?

Thanks!

That couldn't be right. It's probably a bad reading. The surefire way to know is to check the voltages with a multimeter.

See this thread.

It's pretty easy, just take your time. Be sure the probes do not touch each other on accident while testing unless you want fireworks. 😀
