Very high quality CRT?

Welp, my five year old Samsung SyncMaster is really starting to show its age. As such, I'm now in the market for a new CRT [have a number of reasons for preferring CRT over LCD, not trying to start a debate over that here]. Curious what some of the highest quality CRTs in the 19" size would be. I'm looking for very high refresh rates and very low dot pitch. Any recommendations?
