So last week my mom and I both got cell phones. We got the family share plan and got our phones activated right in the store. We both got the LG vx3300 for $90 with 2 $30 mail-in rebates. We haven't cut the boxs or sent in the mail-in rebates as the guy in the store said it would be impossible to return phones if we did that. Both of the phones are in perfect condition. So anyway, today, I was browsing on the verizon wireless site and came across this deal. I talked to my mom and she said that she just doesn't want to much hassle when trading in the phones. Does anyone know how much work it will take to get the new phone?

I don't know. I tried to swap a phone with someone else and Verizon tried to extend my contract to do so. I won't be surprised if they make it difficult. Verizon's customer service has always been subpar from my experience.
