What is the big friggin deal? Why is that almost everyone thinks they can buy a phone at the subsidized price then walk away while someone else absorbs the cost. If it pisses you guys off so much, just pay retail.

The rates are what they are because the expectation is that everyone on those rates got a subsidized phone. There is no cheaper rate for people who pay the full price for their phone, that's what he's getting at.
