VERITAS question

I just upgraded from Veritas v.9.10 to 10.0. This was a required upgrade. Veritas sees the tape library, but not the tapes inside of it. This is causing some sh*t at work because we cant schedual back-ups. Anyone had any experience with this kinda thing? Help me please!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah we did an inventory of it but it only took 12 seconds. Veritas is not seeing the slots on our Tape Library. I double checked the HCL for 10.0 and it is compatible with our library. I've also made sure all the drivers are installed. The only thing I can think of is maybe we're missing some patch, but I don't have a listing of any patches that have come out.

 
When I did my upgrade from 9 to 10, I had to go ahead and uninstall 9 completely, reboot, and then install 10.1d. It worked and saw my tape library just fine after that.
