Verifying DMI data pool error

I just got done putting together my first computer. Everythign was running smooth until after I turned off my computer in the windows install screen. I have the DFI NF4 Ultra-D and it gets stuck at the "Verifying DMI data pool" screen. How do I fix this?
 
the only time I have seen this is in win 9x, when windows 98 is getting stuck at some point when its initializing the new hardware. I would try a reinstallation of it.
