i got a 16 but i ordered mine last weekend...

In India also the 3000+ Venice with 15th & 17th are Overclocking better at low volts

Look at the numbers on the CPU. There will be a code that looks something like :

LBBLE 0517DPAW


The ' 0517 ' , tells you the CPU was assembled 2005 - week 17 ..
