Current Stable. Burning in my memory alittle bit right now. My board seems to max out at 295 HTT and my chip maxed at around 2.9 (260 HTT 1.6v). I lose my 2-2-2-8 timing if/when I push my chip a little higher, but time will tell. I did this OC in about 3 hours the other night and haven't had time to really sit down and work on it. ~20 Hrs. Prime stable and 31 sec SuperPi 1M. I'm hoping to get my ram to 260 and run sync HTT.

Good one, dumbass.

This thread fell off the front page, and I forgot about it.
There was no change at all as far as overclocking my chip. It'll prime stable all day long at 2.52ghz @ 1.425v, but requires 1.55v to prime at 2.61ghz. After that, it is no longer stable. Zalman shaved the idle temp down a degree, and the load temps down a couple degrees. Plus, it's quieter. I'm just going to leave my chip at 2.52 for now, which is more than what I purchased. I'm happy.

Stable at 2.8. A little more cpu and ddr voltage and everything seems fine. Prime will tell the tale.

I'm new to overclocking and have some questions. But first, here are the specs for my system:

3200+
ADA3200DAA4BP
LBBLE 0518DPAW
Z646086E51933
2.6Ghz - 10x260
vcore - 1.525v
temp under load: ~50 degrees celsius
cooling - Zalman 7700Cu
OCZ VX @ DDR 520, 2-2-2-8
DRAM voltage - 3.6
DFI Lanparty Ultra-D

This seems to be a stable overclock. I can do Super PI 32M in 28m 24.344s. I've tried doing some tests with Prime95 too. I only let it run for 30-45 minutes, but there were no errors. I've also played Battlefield 2 for awhile and there were no problems.
I'm hoping to get a better OC than 2.6Ghz, but I'm unsure about increasing the vcore any more. I understand that setting the vcore too high will negatively affect the processors ability to be overclocked and might ruin it completely. What is a safe limit?
Also, I heard that increasing the chipset's voltage makes for a better overclock. Is this true?
I'd also like to hear any other tips you might have to get better performance out of my system.
Thanks for your help
