when you get a package of crackers from the machine they fall down to the bottom and one or two crackers inevitably gets broken.

If you can find a way to stop this phenomenon i think vending mahcine companies will be willing to pay you millions.

Sometimes a bag of chips gets stuck and you have to punch the machine a few times for it to fall down. This causes pain in the knuckles sometimes, maybe we should complain.

Only the white cheese crackers break, the chocolate chesse crackers don't.

simple break all the crackers before placing them in the machine.
