I installed Win7 and when everything was done I have a single device left with a Compatible Id of VEN_194B but I cant figure out what it is. Does anybody have a clue as to what this is?

I usually go to the device manager, double click on the device, go to the details tab, then select Hardware IDs in the property window. In the lower window, right click on the first line and hit copy. Paste that long string into google and usually you can skim to at least determine what it is and find the appropriate driver.

No idea really.... Maybe check the driver page for the board/system you are running and see if anything rings a bell.

I know I had one on my laptop that took me a while to figure out, turns out it was the SD card reader.

Looks like firewire ports and onboard HD audio to me!

HD audio is working fine BUT I dont remember installing anything for a firewire port thats on the back of the board. I guess I have something to look at then, thanks.

No seperate drivers for the firewire port.
