Vegas had plans to build a full scale Starship Enterprise

"Back in 1992, Goddard & Co. came close...very close...to mounting an extraordinarily ambitious project in the heart of Las Vegas, which was looking for ways to make bold statements, establish unusual attractions, and generally revitalize itself. A life-sized Starship Enterprise was proposed...which they actually figured out how to build."

Ain't it cool report.

Part of me likes the idea, the other part of me wonders if humans have totally lost their minds....

But if it have been built - I would have gone to see it....

\crazy shat, man...

At Disney World, you can get married or throw a party on the bridge of the Enterprise. It's pretty cool and not an attraction that many get to see.

OH HELL yah! i would go and visit.

they really want to get my money? build a real size SSD!

They're also including a fully functional warp core, but haven't found sources of dilithium crystal yet.

I would be there wearing a first gen show uniform. My wife has one with the uhura short skirt.
