I also read (well, from only two reviews) that the steakhouse inside Circus Cirus is one of the best in Vegas, and it is not that expensive too.

I have always thought the buffet at MGM Grand is a pretty good deal. For breakfast I mean. I am not a big fan of dinner buffets; I'd rather have a nice steak while in Vegas.
