Vega onboard video (Ryzen 2200g) having issues

My son says while he's playing games, the colors get all "wonky" and he has to reboot the system for it to go back to normal. Happens relatively often and I've seen other people on other forums complain about this but not found a fix. Anyone else noticed this happening with their onboard Vega graphics with the ryzen cpu?

Do you have a latest BIOS (AGESA) flashed and drivers (18.5.1) installed? What's the OS version?

I'll check on the bios, latest drivers were installed as of last week, and using Windows 10, release 1803 I think? It's the last major update.
