You wouldn't know if you never used and compared and reply with such nonsense.

Well, the whole point is that screen tearing has nothing to do with a 60hz monitor.
It is the gpu that is not able to provide a full screen every 1/60 second or it draws too much frames while not running in sync with the refresh rate of the monitor which can be solved by using v sync in combination with double or triple buffering.
That monitors can have variable sync is a solution to a problem that is caused by the gpu and wrong settings. Not because 60hz monitors are lousy.
It just means that you have a monitor and gpu that are vsync synchronised between for example 40Hz and 144Hz. Minimizing the chance of screen tearing.
You would have the same screen tearing problem when you turn vsync off on a gsync or freesync monitor.

Actually there is a dozen PC games with HDR enabled, including Hitman, Paragon, Shadow Of War, Forza 7, Agents Of Mayhem, Battlefield 1, Call Of Duty WW2, Destiny 2, Resident Evil 7 and Battlefront 2. All of these games have an HDR toggle in their menu to enable on supported screens. I hear Injustice 2 has that support as well but I didn't try it yet.
Nice I hadnt heard about those. HDR is sweet so Im glad to see it.

NVIDIA doesn't have exclusive HDR effects, HDR is purely a developer's effort and will work on any screen that supports HDR10.

In theory. In practice, new display tech can be buggy. If I just spent $600 on a monitor id do my research to make sure whatever card I bought works with all the features on it. It will probably work on the vast majority of cards but weird bugs can ruin an expensive purchase. There is value to the fact the thing is already freesync2 certified, so you know at least that ought to work.
