it should be clearly defined in the bios. however,if you bought this motherboard when it first came out it will lack the option, you will need to flash to the latest version.
 
I was having trouble flashing the bios actually, can anyone here explain how to for the asus a8v. I've read the online instructions and tried many times, but can a user sum it up better for me?
