Vcore variation

This is on an Asus Sabertooth 990FX with a Seasonic 660 watt power supply.

My Vcore, while running prime 95, fluctuated between 1.164 and 1.176,
While idling it ranges between 1.200 and 1.236.

This is with a 960T processor with the turbo, but I haven't seen the turbo kicking in.

Is this normal? If not - should I look at the power supply, or the board as causing the issue?

1.20 V is the stock setting. Should this be posted in the motherboard forum?

EDIT: Never mind - Looks to be a function of the turbo core with the 960T Zosma that I recently installed
