vcore=1.35V for a64 3000+ s939

i just downloaded cpu-z from cpuid.com, and its showing that my a64 3000+ is running at a vcore of 1.35v ... i was trying to oc the chip today, so i might hv accidentally set it thus, but its running prime95 now and seems stable so far ... iirc, vcore should be 1.5v ... has anyone else had success with lower voltages?

Don't the 90 nm's run stock at 1.4 volts?
 

yes default Vcore is 1.4 Volts.. And it's never exactly that.. som boards undervolt.. some overvolt.
 
dam, i thought i was setting records ...

in anycase, i'm running 1.5V at 250x9 stable, i think i can lower than to 1.4-1.45 ... prime95 chokes at 255x9 ... this is with the stock hsf tho and kingmax ddr500 ram set on 2.5-auto-auto-auto (which is defaulted to 4-4-8 i think)
 
I tried 3xhtt, 5:6 divider with PC3500 Hyperx set at 240, 1.7 volts, and it won;t even finish booting windows ! The best I can get is 230 1.55 volts for 2300 total (3200, 90nm 939)

lol ouch, does it freeze or reboot? if it reboots turn the divider to 4:3
