VCom SystemSuite 5 - $9.99 AR from CompUSA

This is my favorite utility suite for Windwoes and I've been using it for years beginning back when it was called Mijenix FixIt Utilities. One of the rebates may be a competitive upgrade offer. I used the cover from an ancient copy of Norton Utils or SystemWorks and they gave me the rebate, so it shouldn't be too hard to come up with something that will work.
. SS5 also comes with a LE version of PowerDesk (they used to include the full version back with ver 4 c'est la vie) which is also my favorite file manager (Windows Explorer replacement). The Pro version (a suggested upgrade) has WinZip-like functions as well as FTP and multi-format document viewer besides the normal file management functions. Ver. 6. of PowerDesk has just been released. I expect that this will be a $20. upgrade - don't hesitate. Once you've tried PowerDesk Pro, there's no turning back.
. Another nice thing is that it comes with Sygate Personal Firewall (which they call "Net Defense" and a version of PC-Cillin from TrendMicro. So you don't have to maintain them separately.
. Sorry I didn't post this sooner as the offer ends Saturday 11/13.

Edit: New offer ends TODAY (Nov. 23rd)!!!

Thanks. I bought 2 copies in the past for two of my machines. I think it's better than Norton System Suite (or whatever it's called) because its less intrusive. The only thing I wish is that it was better integrated with the new security center in WinXP SP2.
