VCD burning program

I have an English project I need to turn in on Monday (its similar to Red vs Blue) and I've decided the easest way to turn it in is to burn it on a VCD, since my teacher has a DVD player in her room. Anyone know the best free program that I could download?

The newer versions aren't free, but the last free version (v1.1.5.2) can be found around the web.

TMPGENC to convert it to vcd/dvd format....nero to burn....i think the first program my even make an image for you...

That's what I used to use and it worked well.
