i use cablenet here , the problem im having is tht my cable guy has banned p2p softwares , any way i can still share stuff with my friends on limeware on the network ?

Be aware that a significant number of the people that read and post in this forum regularly are LAN & WAN admins themselves, so such questions generally get frowned upon. 😉

In the same way that most folks won't help you break the agreement in the EULA on software like MS operating systems and such, we're also not going to help you get around your ISP's rules. If your ISP has P2P networks banned in the contract, then your best bet is find another ISP. Simple as that.

Then don't get that service. If he's such an asshole, give your money to someone more deserving. Someone that will service you better. If the service is good enough for you to give them money, then it's good enough for you to play on THEIR network by THEIR rules.
