I bought the Tornado four days ago for my case. I couldn't stand the noise I mean 55dAB super loud .My
friend bought the Thermalright SK-7 with a low noise fan so i told him to try my Tornado. We install it and WOW the CPU temperature drop 8C beats my Thermaltake Volcano 7+ high setting by 4C. I would recommend this fan for hardcore overclockers if they don't care about the noise! o yes my friend was using a Athlon XP2000 for his system.

for your information, the 82 cfm sunon IS a tornado. Sunon is the OEM provider for Vantec Tornado fans, Vantec just relables them. Its basicly the same fan w/o the warranty, grill, and fancy box/label.

i have 2 tornados and is in the process of looking for a fan to replace them, even on 5 volts, it's a bit loud for me. if you're not doing some extreme oc, don't bother, unless you live under a freeway or next to the airport or something. I have a ystech 48cfm fan, and it's pretty good and quiet, of course if 2-3 degress really does matter to you that much, tornado is a kick as$ fan.
