Vantec Stealth fans...

Has anyone actually tried any of these out. I read a review on some over clocking site, but I was wondering if any of you guys have actually tried them and seen whether they are effective and quiet. Plus they have a lifetime warranty.

Look at the specs for the fans: 12CFM, 26CFM, and 27CFM? Look at the amperage too. IMO, Vantec is basically selling you a low RPM, low amperage fan and calling them "stealth" 😀 You can do the same with the 7V trick or a bay bus (voltage regulated or rheostat). The lifetime warranty is funny too, because any fan that runs at such a low RPM will probably last a long time too 🙂

I haven't used it but found some reviews that said that it was really quiet. They state that you only hear the air going through the fan and not the fan itself, a big difference compared to those Deltas....

They are made by Nidec, so they are good quality fans. I haven't personally used them myself, but the specs are very close to Panaflo's which I do use.

There is a big difference in performance too 😉
