Vantec CCK-6035 Copper Heatsink <-- will this fit on my athlonx xp?

Just wondering if the Vantec CCK-6035 Copper Heatsink will fit on my athlon 1800 xp/MSI motherboard. Thanks in advance.

The full model number of that Vantec copper heatsink is the CCK-6035D. I have one with my Athlon XP 1600+ CPU and an Abit KR7A-133 motherboard. It should work with your XP1800+. As for compatibility with motherboards, I'd worry only if there are a bunch of capacitors way too close to the CPU socket.
