Vantec 520W or OCZ PowerStream 420W?

For this rig:

AMD 64 3000+ (will be OCed)
DFI Ultra-D nf4
1gb pc2700 memory
6600 GT
1 SATA HD, 2 IDE HD
DVD-RW drive

The Vantec is ~15.00 more expensive for me.

I know OCZ rates their PSUs at the LOW output level, so I assume the Power Stream 420 can output ~480W or so at best?
 
Oh and if you had the choice, would you pick one of those 2 or an Antec TruePower 550W (the older version without SATA/24 pin connectors)?
