There are so many screwed up aspects to this story.
Girl passes out, gets raped by multiple people, wakes up the next day with no clue what happened, talks to one of the guys involved who tells her she was drunk and passed out so he took care of her all night, she sleeps with him voluntarily that day, etc. Finds out later there is a video of the incident from the night she passed out... etc. etc.
Gotta love their attempted defense:
Classic new defense: Oh hey look, I was drunk and the culture here makes it seem like the thing to do after a party is to shove things into people when they're passed out and then pee on them while recording it.
It's fortunate this generation of kids enjoy recording everything that happens in their lives and then also sharing it with everyone in their lives. Otherwise I don't know how the jury would have convicted on this. Probably wouldn't even have made it to trial considering they are football players at a school in a major conference.
They deserve everything they'll eventually get.

Gotta love their attempted defense:
A jury convicted two ex-Vanderbilt football players on Tuesday of raping a former student, rejecting claims that they were too drunk to know what they were doing and that a college culture of binge drinking and promiscuous sex should be blamed for the attack.
