Vampire: Bloodlines help

I recently bought this game, and so far its great.

Stuck on this quest though. Looked it up on a FAQ and it says the chick is stuck in the first freezer at the bloodbank; this is my issue:

1. I cant get the passcode off the computer (It says "see administrator.")
2. The freezer door says "###ERROR###" and wont take the passcode 1969.

Incidentally, I installed the official patch 1.2, then the unofficial patch 1.7.

What is wrong here?
 
Ok, I gave up on doing this quest, the correct way.

I'd like to enable the cheat to this game by enabling the console (so I can use the walk through walls cheat, and hopefully solve this "bugged" quest) however, I dont know how to do that.

The FAQs of the game says to add "-console" to the shortcut, but when I click properties on the shortcut and add it to the title box, xp gives me an error. Any help with enabling the cheat codes?
 
You don't need cheat codes for that. Check your journal entries for the quest, I'm guessing you may have skipped a step.
