I didn't get my rebate either. There was no number on the form to call. Not sure if I want to do it again either.

I got 4 rebates to different address (for 4 people, so it is legal).

Great oil, stopped a leak and reduced oil burn but my mpg dropped a little.

I believe the rebate form is CODED into the PDF rebate slip. Therefore, if you were able to obtain the rebate form with your name, then you should be okay.

For example, my rebate form has my name and a barcode that said "changes to the printed name, address or the bar code will automatically void this offer".

I find it absolute BS that they require you to buy the oil, fill out the form, mail it in, etc... THEN they can claim they've reached the 100K mark and not send you YOUR money. Sorry that's just plain sleezy. You have to go through the stupid rebate form creator -- IT should know if you'd be eligible BEFORE you spend your time and money. Considering the comments from the people above about never receiving the previous rebate, (actually I remember sending in for some oil rebate don't remember the details, and don't remember getting it so I might be in there too), I don't trust these people for 1 second. I'll spend my money with someone else...

I sent in & received the rebate last year, but don't remember seeing any qualification w.r.t. maximum number of rebates Valvoline would honor.
