I took advantage of that refund a few times but they were just flat out crappy games. Like Tiamat X, I love shootem'ups but that thing was a POS. I wish they had that when I bought some games I have that never would play or just crash.
But at least it gives a little peace of mind on some of these games where it sounds like you may really like it but only to find out it's pretty bad....X: Reunion came to mind.
