My cuz is on a VERY TIGHT budget....

So he's only considering a DDR2 VALUE RAM.....

How high can a value eam OC, or it can't be OC at all???????

Considering he buys value ram, what Brand is best in value ram series????

You sure start a lot of threads for a noob. :p

Anyway, I would recommend Corsair value RAM. Good stuff.

You didn't start lots of threads back in the day? Corsiar valueselect is a great buy and solid RAM w/o rebates, however if you want ocing ability, and don't mind rebates, newegg has OCZ gold ddr2-667 2x1gb kit for $140 AR. These are pretty good oc'ers from what I hear. Gskill also has a $150 kit of ddr2-667 value RAM at newegg that's worth checking out... lemme just find the link.

EDIT: Here's the link anyway... I thought it was $150, maybe that was a different one... well, Gskill is generally good as well.
