Value-ram often doesn't have guaranteed timings. That's why its valueram...its kinda like the "bargain bin".

However, those timings seem like what I would expect. Feel free to try to tweak them yourself.

what do you mean by subtimings? as in the ones that aren't advertised? If so, then no, most people don't tweak those(from my testing, ram timings makes very little difference)
