Value of parts between friends

My friend no longer wants to use his desktop as he has moved on to a mobile laptop so I want to buy many of his parts from him. Both of us haven't kept up on current hardware or pricing so I need some suggestions on how much he should charge me for the following parts:

Core 2 Duo E6600 CPU
EVGA 122-CK-NF63-TR motherboard
2x 1GB OCZ 1066MHz RAM

All are about 1 year old

you can buy all that new for around 400 or less so i would say don't pay anymore than 200.

agreed. and i believe that MB has some problems with stability? (or not?)

i'd def pay less than 200
