Valerie Plame and Joseph Wilson on Bill Maher this week

Airs throughout the week on HBO. Did anyone catch it this week yet? Bill is one of the few libs I don't mind watching, as he seems to think for himself rather than blindly follow the party line like other lib talkshow hosts

I actually find him quite insufferable, though he does say a lot of things that are correct and he's aggressive about it (not necessarily in a bad way). He's insufferable in that I bet I'd be hard pressed to spend 30 minutes with him and not have to either hit him or drink myself to sleep.

Given the choice between him or Sean Hannity who do you think you would hit first?

The Valarie Plame, Joe Wilson, and Scooter Libby are now largely over. Leaving somewhat of a lingering stink over a lack of justice. Their cause is probably best served if they keep the incident in the Public mind without being overly blatant about it. Its just another minor irritant to GWB&co., but the sum of those irritants are like poison Ivy, not in itself fatal, but always on everyones mind. Now fresh incidents will trouble GWB&co, just when it looks like he has reduced violence in Iraq, other aspects of his foreign policy threaten to totally unravel everything again. And just when he is going to need all the international support he can get to keep the lid on the pressure cooker, no one trusts GWB as the little boy who cried wolf. We need to revisit the outing of a CIA agent occasionally to understand why the Plame affair is just a typical lesson on why no one in the world should trust GWB&co.

Well, nothing irks me like a self-righteous right-wing nutter.

Actually, I really abhor the guy--I think he does a show on CNN but I cannot find his name--he's fairly young and more pompous than seemingly all these people. I'd like to give tucker carlson a hair cut with a pair of hedge trimmers, but jon stewart already smacked him down better than anybody had ever dreamed.

A bit up tight, aren't we?

Valarie Plame and Joe Wilson are just one of too many reminder of why GWB&co makes at least 70% of the American people extremely uptight. Its no laughing matter.

One more bad mistake by GWB could very well result in impeachment and conviction. And the entire Plame Wilson incident will just be one of many many cited grounds.

Haven't you been mindlessly uttering the same bullshit for 7 years now?

I believe its called "having a sense of humor".

laughing when your commander in chief and his crony commit treason? You should be crying if you have any sense of pride in this country with the stuff this admin has done.

😕

I was saying that Pabster was laughing at Red Dawns joke.....lighten up Beavis. But thank you, from now on I will no longer laugh ever again, ever. According to you, no American should ever laugh again because "[y]our commander in chief and his crony commit treason". I'll start making phone calls to the major networks so that they can start canceling sitcoms.

One more? Dear God we cant take him to the cleaners with what we have already?

1)Purposly leading the country into a war with lies.

2)Throwing out the Geneva convention for the torture of "Military Combatants"

and worst,

3) Commiting outright treason by exposing an undercover spy in the national press, then pardoning the only person tried for it!

If you can't reel in and filet that fish, with all those hooks in his mouth, the Democratic party does'nt deserve the vote of the American public.
