one reason:
distance.
I'm in Pittsburgh... she's in Seattle.
I'm super busy with school... she's super busy with work.

Over this summer, we'll have more time to spend around one another. I personally don't think it's worth trying to "date her" from 3000 miles away, when we can't really go out on dates right now.

In the future, that's definately the plan, though! However, at this rate, I may end up with a job @ her major competitor... boy this will be funny 🙂 (She works for Billy G., I might end up at Big Blue)

Males get thier gift a nighttime if they were good boys.

I got 1oz. of Samsuara perfume for the misses, cost around $400.

I need ideas, for a really good friend (male) for Vday. Everything I suggest gets shot down! 😛

Electronic toys to guys are like flowers to a girl. Just the way we think 🙂

Revi's been getting me lots of really good books lately and I love it, being submersed in tech. stuff all day, it's such a fantastic thing to be reading great literature at night, then having heated discussions with her about them -- fun fun fun!

I've been wanting to get more music recently... La Boheme was recently re-released.

Or, best yet -- take him out dancing! You know what they say -- dancing is a vertical form of a horizontal desire. I've been doing ballroom dancing for 4 years so that's something I love too.

Just be sneaky, creative, and thoughtful -- what type of stuff does he like?

(I have no idea what revi has in mind for V-day for me, fyi, if anything... it's a woman's holiday in my opinion, and it's the girl that should be spoiled then!)

So she's seeing other people? And you are too? Or am i totally lost here?

You're totally lost here. It's school/work keeping us apart. But yes, technically, both of us can see other people -- because as I said, makes no sense to start a dating sort of relationship from 3000 miles away. Relationships aren't always just black and white, sometimes there are shades of grey. Some people will never get that, sigh....

reminds me a lot of: "thumper and i..."

hahaha, 😛.

I suppose that's a good sign -- those two are engaged, right? Well... that's not happening to me anytime soon -- first I must finish school! Off to class now!

Well, my wife and I have talked about it. She said she doesn't want anything for VDay. So I guess I am able to save some $$ and buy myself a new video card. Woo Hoo!!!!

[disclaimer] This is a joke of the thought impared male gender. If this were a real statement made by a man who's wife told him to not buy her anything, you would soon be seeing a thread titled something to the effect of "why is she mad? She said not to." Thanks for your cooperation and we will now return you to your regular post topic.[/disclaimer]

Oh, how true! To think of how much trouble I would be in if I listened to that! All girls do that -- regardless if your married, dating, or just friends... at least from my experience!

So is mine 🙂 how cool... and our anniversary is on the 27th. Too many things for one month 🙂

MTG and I are giving each other a pretty awesome present for V-day this year...

Our second child 😀

BTW: The Princess was a Christmas baby.
BTW2: We aren't planning for any more children, so no Thanksgiving baby or anything.
BTW3: Of course, this means MTG's Valentine's Day may be filled with labor pains, needles, and delivery. Not exactly sunshines and roses. 🙁

Bring her some flowers regardless of where she is. 🙂 ESPECIALLY if she is delivering your second princess! 😀

C'mon sister.
I'm dumb...but not THAT dumb!

I have a florist on "will call" ESPECIALLY BECAUSE of the Valentine's Day holiday.
You don't DARE get shut out of flowers when your wife is having a baby. :Q

Do what Mrs. Skoorb says! Bring flowers, a camera, and lots and lots of love! Oh, and give your wife a really nice massage after she's had the baby... she'll need it!
