Anybody experience this? It seems like a nice relaxing vacation to take mid August. Has anyone been there in the summer? We are contemplating lodge/hotel vs condo.

Have you looked into Glacier National Park?

Much more dramtic back drop if you want to vacation in the Rockies.

i spent 2 weeks in brekenridge and yellowstone park 2 years ago. brekenridge was nice but there's not a lot to do unless you are into the small town ski resort thing, but without the skiing. I'd suggest going to a park instead, as there are a lot more sites to go see.

What do you mean there's not a lot to do...you can always drive to dillon and drink some Dam beer.

Any recommendations on lodging? The park looks amazing.

Any specific parks you would recommend that you liked?
