V-tuner2 says Core Clock=400; Memory Clock=988MHz; is that true?

As you can see by my signature I have an X800 Gigabyte video card. I just got it and some peeps have suggested it's overclocked by Gigabyte. However, when I made my selection at Newegg (link to my card) the Core clock is listed as 392MHz and the Memory Clock as 700MHz. Which one is correct?

EDIT: Also, can this be overclocked any more or is that my likely limit?

I've heard that the Gigabyte card comes clocked at 400/980 by default, even though the official Ati spec x800 is 400/700. Also, since this is a passively cooled card, you're not gonna be able to OC it far, maybe another 25mhz on the core or something close. If you want to OC more, you need an aftermarket cooler with a fan.

My gigabyte 6600 went from 300 (nvidia spec) to 450 (how nvidia ships it) to 500 (where I just set it and left it, totally hamstrung by slow 575 mhz memory) all passively cooled. It may be a different animal than the x800, but you could have some decent room left. If it is like an XL (it is manufactured on the same process) you are probably looking at a 30-50 mhz oc on the core. Awesome? No. Decent and noticeable? Yes.

Have you ever seen a product by Zalman called the CNPS6000-Cu? I picked up a couple of these on clearance just for the arm bracket and fan. I also bought a couple of these 120x38mm medium speed Panaflo's.
I'm gonna see if the above combination will provide adequate cooling for both an overclock of the video card and motherboard chipset.

It connects to the add-on card "screw down". The arm simply uses the screws that hold in all your pci, agp, pci-e cards. Sort of a double duty for the screws. The heatsink, of course, is not used.
