If the US government is willing to kill their own people to boost war morale, then that is one SICK government!
I'll bet my life savings and 38 Mars bars thats not what they're doing.

Another thing to consider is this...

For anyone who has some grand fear of the CIA/NSA/FBI/Etc. being such a problem and taking over our lives, "1984" style, consider that they are not really a threat, they are mostly imcompent... :)
