Question Utility to read Linux file names?

Is there a file manger that can read linux file names? I made some MP4 files on Linux and must have named one with a valid Linux file name that is not a valid Windows name. I can see the file but cannot move or copy it or rename it. I don't currently have a Linux machine working or I would just just plugged the drive into it and edit the name. I am in the process of getting a computer configured with but that is not working yet.

Just use a Linux USB to boot and change the permissions.

@Tech Junky's suggestion to use a bootable Linux USB is a great one. Alternatively, if you're unable to do that for any reason, you could try a free program like '7-Zip'. It can handle filenames that Windows Explorer may have trouble with. Just open the drive in 7-Zip and you should be able to rename your file. If you're still having trouble, let us know and we can brainstorm more solutions.

I'll try the 7-Zip. I know I can do a live boot from a thumb drive but it's not a huge priority. It can wait until I get my new build running. I have an In Win GRone case with and external SATA dock. I can pop the drive in and edit the files.

It's true that 7-Zip might not always bypass it. However, running it as an administrator could potentially solve the problem

Linux can bypass windows security but not the other way around.
