Utility to control Internet Connection Sharing?

ICS is nice with Windows 2000/XP but very limited.. Is there any 3rd party utility to have
a little more control of what ICS is doing?

control in what manner? what are you trying to do?

It would be nice to do the following:

1. Be able to set the Gateway IP (instead of 192.168.0.1)
2. Be able to turn off and on DHCP Server
3. Be able to define a few simple filters..
4. Be able to Turn off and on NAT w/o having to change around the network settings..

I'm sure there are plenty of other things which can be controlled via registry entries for ICS..
