Iozina = the new Texashiker?
So it seems. Stubborn, dishonest, and completely incapable of admitting error no matter how much factual information one provides. Multiple people have cited all sorts of evidence refuting his noise, but he is immune.

The most telling part is the false assumption expressed in the opening paragraph of the OP's linked hit piece-

Constitutionally speaking, experts say the lands should have gone to state control generations ago, as the federal government promised when Utah became a state.

The federal govt made no such promise. There's a nice unsubstantiated appeal to "expert" authority in there, as well.

Perfect for the rubes slathering to Believe.

From 1812 forward, federal lands passed directly to claimants via the General Land Office. State govts only got what they were granted through voluntary agreements, and that was very little of what was patented. They did not serve as intermediaries. There is no historical basis for the notion that the federal govt should pass control of remaining lands to states at all. It never was that way.

Unless, of course, they are Democratic lawyers opining that the President can unilaterally make laws on matters such as immigration etc.

Fern

Geez, Fern; you lose an argument and punt deep into "blame Obama for something" territory.

Shame, you should know better.

Are you writing your own autobiography?

Perhaps you should take up the fight against Wikipedia and have our nation's social studies text books corrected to your more appropriate definition.

What school did you go to where they taught you that socialism is associated with private ownership and capitalism is for public ownership? That's what you believe right?

You're lying again.
