I have a friend that plays it on a Radeon 9500 Pro without any problems and a friend that plays it on a Geforce 4 MX420 without any problems.

Should be. It runs fine on my 9500 Pro.

Umm... I have a 2.5 year old GF3 and it runs just fine. No skipping or anything. I run at 1024 with all the default settings (nothing on "low").

NAYYY!!!!!!! Get a 9800 and overclock it like a champ, or save some cash and get a reg. 9600 with a fan on the heatsink and overclock it

two things are required to run the game well:

1. a video card that is equivilant to a 4200
2. posting in the right forum

I ran the demo on my GF3 ti200... ran at 15fps which was decent for ONS action, but for DM where there's constant action and Assault, it was tough to follow people jumping around everywhere.

Similar here, but 32MB and not as much eye candy

Running a 9500PRO and running smooth as ice. Or is it cold as ice? I digress.....

Dunno if demo is any diff from final, but I run the demo on my gf 3 ti ~500 and barton 2500+ or 3200+ depending, with 512 ram, at 1024X768 and the fps averages over 60.

as the new line of graphics cards approach, prices on current cards are dumping! at this point, a 9600 is a rip-off, at the very least get a 9700 np. i'd get an 9800 pro though for $200 or less.

Well all know that to play the game the way it's truly meant to be played you have to have an Nvidia card.
