UT2004 and Raven Shield crashing when overclocked...

OK my Barton 2800+ is overclocked to 2250MHz with 1.85V (180MHz*12.5) and the RAM is set to 450MHz DDR with 3-4-4-8 timings. When I'm playing Raven Shield or UT2004 my system doesn't crash or hang, the game just closes down and I'm returned to my desktop. I think this is a RAM problem, but I'm not sure. I figure if it were the CPU, the entire system would hang. Any ideas if it is the RAM or if it is the CPU?

Whoops, sorry. I didn't realize I was in Off Topic when I posted this. I honestly thought I was in the CPU/Processors & Overclocking forum. Mods, please move this when you see it.
