Finally downloaded and set up UT2003 retail server

As before, don't kill my bandwidth too much! And if it's a little laggy, probably cos i'm using it to download/upload something!

On the subject of servers, if anybody wants me to set one up i could do it for a little while, don't want to leave it up for too long though as we get in trouble for that sort of thing.

The only reason i offer is because of the insane download/upload rates i get (sometimes in excess of 4mb/sec up and down), so we could probably host the whole of anandtech at once which would be fun.

Message me if people are interested, maybe if we make a 1hr session sometime or something?
