How fast is your cable? How much upload do you have?

My cable is 1500 or so down, and 128 or so up....

Bump for the NEW FULL RETAIL SERVER I HAVE UP...... see the first post for full details.

If and when, one of these servers dominates the bandwidth, I will take down the other one.

Other than that, please feel free to give me input on how you would like to play. (IE: mods, maps, lag.... ect...)

NOTE: The advanced options did NOT open for me in the retai lversion like it did in the demo.... hmmm.. anyone care to comment ?

I just browsed to it in the game selection screen and the ping for me was 350 .

I'm on dsl and have no problems finding a ton of servers under 70 ping to play on. Where is it located and who is your provider?

I'm the Seattle area, and I have AT & T cable.

Logged on the retail server

Just ran through 3 maps. The forest one had some lag. Stalker popped in and out. I think my awesome 733t power scared her off. That, and the time it would take to find me in that huge map would not be fun. No one else came in.

My observations:

The Ion targeting cannon is very cool. P4 2.53GHz and Radeon 9700 Pro plays awesome at highest detail and resolution. Map design is cool. I like the small outside one the best. I just learned about the adrenaline power ups. Very neat. The effects are very nice. Overall, 2 thumbs up!

Well, maybe I should create a poll to see what mode of play, and what map I should run for everybody...

Of course, I'll keep it to 12 max for now.... unless that is too laggy.

I like the outdoor map too (Not the forrest one) and it's not too big, so you can find people if there's just a few of us.

TDM
DD
CTF
BR

And after that, what map(s) ?

I tend to think DM because just a couple fraggers can play that.... not so with the other modes so much.
